2. SMS Messaging Terms

End Users may receive SMS messages sent on behalf of a DentifyAI-powered dental practice after calling that practice's phone number and interacting with the AI receptionist system.

• Consent: By calling a DentifyAI-powered business line and providing your phone number, you provide verbal consent to receive transactional SMS messages (such as appointment booking links) from that business.
• Message types: Messages are transactional in nature and relate to your interaction with the dental practice (e.g., booking confirmations, appointment links). No marketing messages will be sent without separate consent.
• Message frequency: Typically one message per call interaction.
• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to stop receiving messages from that sender. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@dentifyai.net.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Use of Website

You may use the DentifyAI website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
